En el departamento de Tacna, distrito de Pocollay y sector del Valle Viejo nacieron los viñedos y frutales de la Bodega Vitivinícola Don Miguel, fundada en 1991 por el apasionado viticultor Miguel Ayca Cossio y su esposa Maria Hilda Cuadros de Ayca. Al fundar Bodega Vitivinícola Don Miguel, empresa familiar que conlleva tradición y una clara filosofía: “Elaborar vinos, piscos y macerados de alta calidad con la crianza de la materia prima”.

Comenzó la crianza de la uva con 10 parras y la producción de vino para el hogar en la actualidad cuenta con su propia materia prima para elaborar sus diferentes productos en una extensión de una hectárea de frutales de hueso entre ellos el Damasco y Ciruela y cinco hectáreas de vid cultivando las diferentes variedades: Negra Criolla, Burdeo, Malbeck, Cabernet Sauvignom e Italia. Siendo las 4 primeras variedades suavemente aromáticas y la ultima variedad aromática.

Elaborando así productos de alta calidad como son: Vino Tinto, Vino Blanco, Pisco Puro, Pisco Italia, Pisco Acholado, Macerado de Damasco y Ciruela y una amplia variedad de licores. Siempre conservando la tradición artesanal en su proceso productivo, garantizando la alta calidad de nuestros productos que satisfacen las exigencias de nuestros clientes.

Sobraya es la marca colectiva, que lleva el nombre de las parras de la zona, asociada el turismo de la industria del Pisco resaltando la importancia de la historia que lo envuelve y resalta su calidad y pureza.

Sobraya is the collective brand, named after the vines in the area, associated with the tourism of the Pisco industry, highlighting the importance of the history that surrounds it and highlights its quality and purity.
